Terms and Conditions for the MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. New Customer Promotion
1. Eligibility

  • This promotion is exclusively available to new customers who are legal residents of the United States
  • Eligibility is contingent upon the customer not having held an account with MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. in the previous 12 months.
  • A credit check is necessary for qualification.
2. Promotion Period

  • The promotion is valid from January 8th, 2024, to March 31, 2024.
3. Qualifying Purchase

  • A qualifying purchase must be made within 30 days of opening a new account with MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC.
  • The minimum spend required to be eligible for the promotion is $1,500, excluding applicable taxes.
4. Rewards Structure

  • Spend $1,500-$2,999 (before taxes) and receive a Milwaukee Tool Bundle valued at $800.
  • For purchases between $3,000-$4,999 (before taxes), receive a Milwaukee Tool Bundle valued at $1,000.
  • For purchases of $5,000 or more (before taxes), receive a Milwaukee Tool Bundle valued at $1,500.
5. Reward Delivery

  • This promotion can only be redeemed once per new customer account.
  • MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. will send the eligible Milwaukee Tool Bundle within 60 days after the customer's eligibility is confirmed.
  • Rewards will be sent to the preferred contact address as determined by the customer prior to shipping.
6. Additional Conditions

  • Offer valid while supplies last.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Return of Goods

  • The return of any items purchased as part of this promotion will disqualify the customer from receiving the promotional rewards. In cases where rewards have already been dispatched, MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. reserves the right to seek the return of the rewards or the value thereof.
7. Limitation of Liability

  • MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the rewards.
  • The company is not liable for any issues related to the availability or quality of the Milwaukee Tool Bundles.
8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, USA.
