ON-SITE WELD TESTING
Take control of your schedule with our weld testing facilities. Available in two layouts– a 3 booth shipping container and an 8 booth trailer – our portable testing facilities allow quality control personnel to inspect a welder’s work on-site. No time lost testing or training at the union hall, or moving between makeshift testing areas scattered around the job-site. Each welding booth is "full loaded," and has one:

- MIG Feeder
- Fume Extractor
- Exhaust Fan
- Grinder Holder
- Compressed Air Line and Mixed Gas Lines
- Argon Inlet with Dual Drops for Purging
- Overhead LED Lighting
8 STATION TRAILER
This 53 foot trailer houses eight weld test stations, and comes with stairs, a safety gate, an office, and two primary power inlets (480/3 Phase, 100 Amp).
3 STATION CONNEX
This 20 foot shipping container houses three weld test stations, and is powered by one primary power inlet (480/3 Phase, 100 Amp).

QUALITY CHECK TABLE
Quality check equipment is stored on a table at the front of each unit, including a coupon bender, bench grinder, tungsten grinder and 300 lb rod oven.
