  1. Eligibility

    This promotion is available to new and existing customers who are legal residents of the United States and are aged 18 or older.

    • New Customers: Eligibility requires that the customer has not held an account with MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. in the previous 12 months. A credit check is mandatory to qualify.
    • Existing Customers: Customers must have an active account in good standing with no overdue balances to participate.

  2. Promotion Period

    The promotion is valid from November 22, 2024, to December 31, 2024, or while supplies last.

  3. Qualifying Purchases

    To qualify, customers must spend a minimum of $4,500 (before taxes) on Milwaukee Tools during the promotion period.

    New customers must make qualifying purchases within 30 days of opening their account.

  4. Rewards Structure

    Customers who meet the qualifying purchase amount will receive one (1) Yeti Roadie 60 (shipping included) as their promotional reward.

  5. Reward Delivery

    This promotion is limited to one reward per customer account, regardless of the total spend exceeding the qualifying amount.

    MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. will ship the Yeti Roadie 60 within 60 days after confirming the customer's eligibility.

    Rewards will be shipped to the address provided by the customer prior to fulfillment. MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  6. Additional Conditions

    • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other alternatives.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
    • MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. reserves the right to:
      • Modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
      • Disqualify any participants suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the Yeti Roadie 60 reward.

    The company is not responsible for delays, defects, or availability issues related to the reward, including issues caused by third-party suppliers or shipping.

  8. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

  9. Return of Goods

    The return of any products purchased as part of this promotion will disqualify the customer from receiving the reward.

    If the reward has already been shipped, MIDLAND EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF MICHIGAN, INC. reserves the right to:

    • Request the return of the reward, or
    • Invoice the customer for the full retail value of the Yeti Roadie 60.

  10. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising out of this promotion will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, USA.
